Matt Seitz
Program Manager, Learning and Certification
Matt Seitz is the Program Manager of Developer Learning and Certification at Automattic, where he focuses on professional learning, certification, and performance improvement. Previously, Matt served as Director of Technology for the CEEDAR Center, a U.S. Department of Education technical assistance center, where he collaborated with state and federal agencies to address workforce shortages and improve educational outcomes. He has also spoken at state and regional education conferences on strategic communication and leveraging technology to improve teacher outcomes. Outside of work, Matt volunteers with his two golden retrievers as pet therapy dogs at UF Health’s pediatric hospital and is currently cooking his way through The New York Times’ top 50 recipes.
