Sub-processors

WordPress VIP (WPVIP) uses third parties to provide certain functionality for our services. These third parties may have access to customer data processed by WPVIP and thus may be considered sub-processors.

WPVIP currently uses the following sub-processors:

• Amazon Web Services—cloud computing infrastructure and encrypted off-site backups
• Google Cloud Platform—cloud computing infrastructure
• Automattic Inc.—parent company of WPVIP

Other Processors

WPVIP customers may choose to integrate third-party services into their WPVIP hosted sites, including those made available by WPVIP like New Relic, which can be used to monitor site performance. WPVIP customers using such integrations may provide data about themselves and their site visitors and customers to such third parties. These third-party service providers are considered separate processors. They are not sub-processors for WPVIP.

WPVIP does not own or control these third parties and they have their own policies and rules about the collection, use, and sharing of information. WPVIP encourages its customers to review such policies and rules before choosing to implement those services.
