We organize the popular EvolveDigital summit series, which brings together digital teams from across disciplines, presenting case studies alongside sessions about digital strategy, brand, and design.
Our diverse team of 80+ staff includes developers, project managers, QA specialists, designers, marketers, and experts in content and digital strategy. We are headquartered in Montreal (we speak both English and French, in addition to many other languages), with personnel located across Canada and the United States.
Our design and digital strategy practice is focused on the intersection between client objectives and user needs, ensuring that our projects are data-driven and user-centric. We’re known for our technical expertise and ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects for world-renowned organizations like McMaster University, York University, University of Georgia, Princeton University, the U.S. Senate, the Royal Ontario Museum, and the Government of Canada.
We believe in empowering our staff, our clients, and our community. We run a professional training program, organize event series for designers and developers, and are committed to contributing back to open source.

Because Evolving Web was created by community members and is staffed by passionate experts, we want you to be a WordPress expert, too!
Our training helps you decide whether WordPress is right for your organization, how to get up-to-speed quickly, and get the most out of WordPress’s powerful tools. We offer both public and private workshops, and we can tailor the curriculum for private workshops to your organization’s needs.
Community contributors
- EvolveDigital — We organize a series of events called EvolveDigital that attracts upwards of 250 attendees and have featured speakers from organizations such as Automattic, Princeton University, CBC/Radio-Canada, Google, Hubspot, and more.
- Code contributions — Our team contributes back to open source projects through code contributions, documentation improvements, as well as open source plugins and tools like SiteDiff.
- Conference Speakers — We are passionate about sharing our knowledge and experiences and routinely apply to speak at conferences. We contribute session ideas for many WordCamps, and have spoken at WordCamp Canada 2024 and 2025, as well as other related events around the world.
- Event Sponsorship and Volunteering — Taking part in industry events is a major part of our history. When we are not putting on our own events, we proudly volunteer at WordCamps, and sponsor other events around the world, most recently WordCamp Canada 2025.
