Your VIP Dashboard
The VIP Dashboard is the home for managing your WordPress VIP applications. The Dashboard lists all your apps, their various environments, plus site management tools and settings.
Your support dashboard
Your welcome email from WordPress VIP includes a link to log into your support dashboard. This is the best method to communicate with WordPress VIP on technical or urgent issues. By logging in, you can easily see all of the communication between WordPress VIP and your organization.

Our documentation is an important resource for all the information about working with the WordPress VIP platform.
VIP Lobby
It’s very important that all members of your team subscribe to the VIP Lobby. This is where we post security updates, upgrade notices, and actionable items. To ensure you receive the latest updates, you’ll want to subscribe to new posts. When logged in, you can do this by clicking “Subscribe to Email Updates” or the “Follow” button in the bottom right-hand corner.
